This is Printfulness

I came up with the term Printfulness because its a mix of Mindfulness and Print making. 

Mindfulness is the art of being here and now and let your head focus on your body. Printmaking is the art of transferring ink from one surface to another, and it is full of amazing metaphors from life itself.

All you need is your lino tools and a piece of 10 by 10cm lino to carve on. The exercise is designed for reflection and connecting with your emotions.

How it all started?

One of the good things that this pandemic brought me is the time and excuse to develop the Printfulness methodology.

I used to work as a concept designer for youth care innovation in the Netherlands, so I know a thing or two about mental health and positive psychology. After loosing my job and during lockdown, I found comfort in creativity. So I thought these insights needed to be shared with the world.
